Fit Girls Guide Results

In the beginning I said that I was going to make myself proud, and so I did!!! Even through the bloating I still see a big difference. Big thanks to @FitGirlsGuide I couldn’t be more proud of myself. I'm down 7.5 lbs this round. 29.5 lbs total since September 14th!!! Thanks for those who encouraged me along the way!! Love u girls - muah! #JumpstartProgress #28DayJumpstart

I’m in on this challenge, I think I’m gonna redo the 28 day challenge, but need a more challenging workout. Should I do the bootcamp, or should I do the 28 day challenge again. My situation is a little different because I didn’t do the food part of it because I was doing the isagenix program.

I would so be in for the challenge that starts today if I had the extra money to buy the jumps tart bundle, but sadly I dont. Good luck to all you beautiful women that are going to do this challenge. You are already beautiful as you are but stick to it make yourself proud because your the one who matters most. You are the one who counts, and if the pounds don’t seem to be just melting away don’t get discouraged. Stick to it go all the way make yourself happy with what you have.
