Q: WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE JUMPSTART AND THE FITKINI EBOOKS?
A: Our books are designed to be done in order. First the 28 Day Jumpstart and then the Fitkini Body Challenge. The Fitkini is a harder Challenge with totally different workouts and recipes designed for girls who have a solid level of physical fitness. The Jumpstart prepares you for the Fitkini.
Q: CAN I DO THE CHALLENGES WHILE BREASTFEEDING?
A: We have many breastfeeding moms who join us and add extra calories to the plan according to their doctor’s recommendation. Please talk to your doctor about whether it is right for you.
Q: CAN I DO THE CHALLENGES WHILE PREGNANT?
A: Our plans are not designed for the nutritional needs of pregnant women. However, that said, our plans are very flexible and can be altered to your needs. Please talk to your doctor about whether it is right for you.
Q: WHAT CAN I SUBSTITUTE FOR [NAME OF FOOD]?
A: All our substitution advice is already in the books. You have everything you need to succeed right now! Just use the Substitution Charts whenever you need to. If you don’t see an ingredient listed that you want to substitute for, look up the calories in that ingredient and replace it with something of equal calories. If you don’t like a meal, replace it with another meal in the program or one of equal calories.
Q: WHAT TIME SHOULD I EAT AND WORKOUT?
A: Do whatever feels best for your body and schedule. It’s personal preference. There are no magic times to eat and exercise. We do recommend eating no more than 3-4 hours apart so you never let yourself get too hungry.
