Welcome to your Fit Girl Meal Plan! The process of cooking for yourself and sharing meals with someone can feed more than just your body- it can fuel your soul. These recipes are special. They were created in the laughter-filled kitchens of friends; crafted from the beautiful chaos of ideas loudly shared, messes quickly made, and passions burning bright. And we are BEYOND excited to be sharing them with you, we hope you love them!

Let’s talk a little bit about what it means to be a Fit Girl. It’s knowing that small choices add up to BIG changes. It’s progress not perfection. It’s carbs, because moderation over deprivation. It’s a whole lotta veggies, and a whole lotta flavor. It’s a lot less processed foods, and a lot less sodium. It’s chocolate – every single day. It’s building a healthy relationship with food, and it most certainly is not “a diet.”

It’s our beginner program filled with tons of amazing information about how to begin your wellness journey. It covers living, eating, and drinking like a Fit Girl, and it’s also a 28 day meal plan and exercise guide! IT ROCKS.

OKAY, now back to this Fit Girl Meal Plan. Here’s how it works! You have options on options. You can use this plan all on its own, or you can use it with your current workout regimen. If you are Fit Girl Varsity and you’ve completed our Jumpstart and/or Fitkini programs, you can use this as an alternative meal plan for either guide. You can also pair it with Fit Girls Boot Camp. All the recipes in our meal plans and cookbooks are made with the same amount of calories so they’re all interchangeable! You can pick and choose recipes you love from all of our programs to create your own custom Fit Girl menu.

This Fit Girl Meal Plan will provide you with 4 weeks of delicious recipes, complete with weekly grocery lists and meal prep instructions. Refer to the substitution guide and protein guide to assist you in modifying the recipes as needed. We also include a conversion chart for all our metric friends!
