HOW TO JOIN ...

Last Group Challenge before Summer is officially like: "Yo, it's me, Summer, I'm here!" So come one, come all, let's ring in Summer 2016 with our top knots high! It's another chapter in the Fit Girl Revolution! Be there!

STEP 1: PURCHASE YOUR BOOKS!

Do the #28DayJumpstart if you're new, the #FitkiniBodyChallenge if you've finished the Jumpstart, and #FitGirlsBootCamp if you've ready for the next level! (The #FitGirlsCook and #FitGirlDetox cookbooks can be used in addition to either Challenge guide for extra meal options!)

STEP 2: POST TO INSTAGRAM!

Post a picture of yourself with the cover of your book (tip: have a friend take it for you while you hold up your device!) and put @FitGirlsGuide and #28DayJumpstart or #FitkiniBodyChallenge or #FitGirlsBootCamp in the caption. Meet other girls who are doing the program by finding their book cover posts in the hashtags. Then keep posting throughout your journey! We recommend posting once a day to keep yourself accountable. Your Instagram must be PUBLIC to participate in the prizes. Most girls create a Fit Girl Instagram account.

STEP 3: START FOLLOWING YOUR GUIDES WITH THOUSANDS OF OTHER GIRLS @FITGIRLSGUIDE ON MAY 23RD!

Everything you need is right inside the books. Just read them and follow along! The Challenge will go from May 23rd - June 19th!

We're giving out (15) $100 Amazon Gift Cards to awesome Progress Photos! Participating in the Progress Photo prizes is not required to join the Challenge. It's just for a little extra fun and motivation.

PROGRESS PICTURE ELIGIBILITY 

If you want to be eligible for the prizes, check our @fitgirlsguide Instagram page on the evening of Friday, May 20th. We'll announce a phrase you need to hold in one of your before pics. (For example, last month it was "Be Your Own Fit Girl".) This is how we make sure everyone is using pics from the same weekend and keep things fair. Your pictures will not be eligible if you do not have a picture in your before clothes holding this message. You must be 18 or over to be eligible for prizes. Pictures that are selected for prizes will be featured on the @fitgirlsguide Instagram page the week of May 16th.

HOW TO SUBMIT PICTURES

Before & After pics will be submitted through a Photo Submission link on our website by June 20th at 11:59PM CTS. We will post details about how to submit pics on June 17th to our @fitgirlsguide Instagram page. We also highly recommend posting your progress to your Instagram profile to share them with the community! Please do not email your pictures.

I want to buy the jumpstart, but I’m hesitant because it’s a lot of money and I am not given access to see the content in the books. I am active and I love to eat healthy, but I still am working on having a positive body image. I feel that I’m finally cultivating a healthier relationship with food and exercise, and joining the fit girls community could help me continue on this journey towards self-love, but it also has the potential to ruin it. I know this relationship I have with food and exercise is fragile, so I want to make a conscious decision rather than an impulse buy!

HI all. I am brand new to Fitgirls and also new to Instagram (maybe i’m a bit older than you all! Don’t judge! Ha Ha!) I love fit girls and I am so glad I found it! The meals I make for both me and my boyfriend and the grocery bill is super managable. I love having the option of going to the gym or doing workouts at home since it doesn’t need equipment. I will definitely be participating in this next group challenge since last challenge I started late but jumped right in :) thank you fit girls!!!

Girls, this is an awesome plan. My food for a family of 3 actually cost less than usual because I bought more veggies and the meal plan helps make sure you use all of your products. No waste!

The meals are filling and overall I liked them apt. I’m actually here to buy the cookbook. The fir girl community is super supportive and non judgmental. And they love unicorns and mermaids!

How strenuous are the workouts. I only ask bc I have a herniated disk and a pinched nerve in my neck so too much lifting my arms over my head and such are too painful
